Our company is recognized in this field as an affluent manufacturer, exporter and supplier of Shoe Flex Tester. This tester is capable of testing the flexing endurance and stress of the shoe soles at various parts. In order to manufacture the provided tester in tune with international quality standards, our skilled professionals use top-notch quality components and sophisticated methodology. Furthermore, we offer this Shoe Flex Tester to the clients at reasonable prices.
- Portable, lightweight and compact
- Excellent locking mechanism
- Longer service life
- User-friendly operation
Shoe Flex Tester is perfect for the determination of full shoe ability to withstand the flexing stresses effects, produced on various parts of the shoe. Also, different parts like soles and uppers of a shoe are tested individually for flexing endurance with the use of flexometer & Ross flex tester. The shoe flex tester provides results, which are associated to the real performance of the shoe in total.
TEXCARE Shoe Flex Tester simulates the outcomes of actual walking on the shoe. The specimen of test is held strongly at the toe part using an appropriate toe last and clamp, while the heel part has an individual last on which the shoe is strongly tied as in real use.
Upper-end of the last has an effective system to connect a suitable link mechanism. On a rotating block the mechanism is connected to an eccentric pin so as to provide the link, a to-and-fro movement. Both the length of the link and the eccentricity of the pin in the block are adjustable to offer different angles of deflection of the shoe, with respect to toe's flat portion.
There is a rotating block movement by means of two stage V belt, a motor and pulley arrangement. A digital counter provided with memory backup to record total number of test cycles, and key reset. This standard tester is effectively designed to test one pair of shoes at a time. Also the special models capable of testing two / four / six pairs of shoes are available.
- Flexing frequency: 140 + 10 cycles/minute
- Maximum eccentricity: 80 mm
- Maximum angle of flexing of shoe: 3° to 45 °
- Number of shoes that can be simultaneously tested: 2
- Counter: six digit electronic counter
- Motor :¼ HP single-phase 230 volts AC
