Trash Analyser

The Trash Analyzer is a more precision machine which employs Aerodynamic principle to separate the cotton lint and Trash by employing the a Steamer plate and adjustable stripper knife for gentle opening of cotton without fibre damage and to separate efficiency the Trash ( contamination). Provided with Universal Feed roller and Licker-in carding Engine.

A wide and large area of feed table is provided to us the ginned cotton in lumps. Trash Separation is visualized during operation only in Trash Analyzer not in Trash Separator. Once Trash Analyser is set, it works for a longer period without any resetting. Provided with safety doors and collection poets separately for Trash, Micro dust and Foreign Matters.
